What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire a talented team
Ensure elevated client service standards
Oversee daily operations with professionalism
Drive performance, contests, and salon growth
Participate in local marketing events
Create Schedules based on salon needs

What We're Looking For:

Prior salon management or assistant management experience preferred
Texas Cosmetology or Barber license required
Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
Ability to train new stylists
Coach-able and positive attitude
Team Player
Men's Grooming Experience
Flexible Full Time Schedule
