We are looking for an experienced Dietician to join our team at our Eating Disorder Treatment Center in Weatherford.

Job Summary: The Dietitian at Eating Disorder Solutions (EDS) provides specialized nutritional care to clients recovering from eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. This role is responsible for developing individualized meal plans, conducting nutritional assessments, leading food-related education sessions, and collaborating with the clinical team to support holistic recovery.

• Complete initial and ongoing nutritional assessments for all clients.
• Develop and monitor individualized meal plans tailored to therapeutic and medical needs.
• Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to ensure all meals align with dietary recommendations.
• Facilitate weekly nutrition education groups and meal support sessions.
• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and address food-related concerns.
• Work closely with the clinical and medical team on care planning and weight restoration protocols.
• Track and document nutritional progress, intake, challenges, and interventions in the EMR.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eating disorder treatment standards and emerging research.
• Support kitchen staff training and meal prep policies to ensure therapeutic integrity and safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Dietitian in the state of Texas.
• 1–2 years of experience in eating disorder treatment preferred.
• Strong understanding of HAES®, intuitive eating, and trauma-informed nutrition counseling models.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and counseling skills.

Job Type:
Full-time; exempt

Pay Range: $78,000 - $79,000 annually

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Monday through Friday
