• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Patient case load average: 10–12 patients per day
• Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promote continuous quality improvement
• Instruct and counsel patients/families as needed

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Certified BLS or completion within first 90 days of employment (or as required)
• Motivated, innovative, organized, and eager to contribute to program development

BSW Rehab Weatherford and Aledo clinics are seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to split time between our Weatherford and Aledo clinics.
