HR Manager – Leading General Contractor | Weatherford, TX | $70,000–$90,000

Our client, a leading General Contractor in Weatherford seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional with foundational experience who is eager to take on broader responsibilities and grow into a senior management role. This is a full-time, in-office role reporting directly into the Director of HR, supporting a business that continues to deliver some of the region’s most recognized construction projects.

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Support in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (payroll, benefits, attendance, training, performance reviews).
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related queries, policies, and workplace issues.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive, people-first culture
• Oversee insurance administration, benefits administration, and compliance processes
• Support payroll and HR systems management (ADP experience is a strong advantage)

• 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of insurance and employee benefits is advantageous
• ADP system experience highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
• Someone confident, proactive, and people-focused who thrives in a fast-paced office environment

• Competitive salary of $70,000–$90,000 (depending on experience)
