Our client is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role offers broad exposure across HR and serves as a resource for employees.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and pre-employment checks.
- Prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork, and support onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee files and HRIS records, including employee changes and payroll updates.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, employee questions, and leave documentation.
- Coordinate training, performance review processes, and employee communications.
- Support compliance tracking, HR reporting, audits, and special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience; recruiting and onboarding experience preferred.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion.
