• Provide hands‑on care to residents based on the resident Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and provide treatment based on physician orders.
• Identify changes in resident condition and evaluate the resident care needs.
• Maintain strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Evaluate and participate in the development of the Resident Plan of Care.
• Monitor overall resident condition and provide care as required while complying with facility policy and procedures.

• Current RN/LVN License in Texas.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a large team.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

• An active Texas RN/LVN License and nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing, college or university along with CPR certification.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital, long‑term care facility or other related health‑care facility.
