Part Time Pool Supply Retail Associate

Poolwerx is looking for a Pool Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, conduct water tests, and support store operations. This is an entry‑level position with no experience required.

• Provide a reliable, professional customer experience and follow up with every customer.
• Conduct water tests and recommend appropriate pool solutions.
• Ensure the store is organized, well‑stocked, and follows current campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns or provide repair recommendations.
• Adhere to the directives of the Store Manager.

• Ability to work various hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening skills.
• Comfortable with social media and Facebook experience.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
