Join a nationwide family of trusted home renovation companies. As a field sales representative, you will develop relationships with prospective and existing customers across 36 states, focusing on remodeling projects such as bathrooms, custom closets, and exterior upgrades.

• Training pay + commission + bonus position

• Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
• Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
• Promote company products and services
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
• Provide best‑in‑class customer experience
• Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays

• Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality
• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales is a plus
• Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation and self‑discipline
• Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Approachable demeanor
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
