Home Health Account Executive – Weatherford, TX

TX Recruiting is seeking an experienced Home Health Account Executive for a growing home health provider serving Weatherford and the surrounding area
.

We’re looking for someone who knows the local healthcare market, enjoys building relationships, and understands how to turn those relationships into home health referrals and admissions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources.
• Generate new home health referrals and help grow patient census.
• Build and manage a strong referral pipeline throughout Weatherford, Parker County, and the surrounding territory.
• Educate referral partners on home health services, eligibility, and the benefits of care delivered in the home.
• Identify new accounts and opportunities within the territory.
• Consistently work toward monthly referral and admission goals.
• Partner with the clinical team to help ensure a smooth transition from referral to start of care.

• Home health or hospice sales/account executive experience strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships within the Weatherford and greater Fort Worth healthcare market are a major plus.
• Proven ability to develop referral sources and generate admissions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
