Lead Instructor a full-time career-level position. Reinforcement of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers.

• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
• Manage day-to-day operations of classes and parties
• Manage, and oversee the training of staff
• Maintain facility and equipment
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers
• Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Guests walk out of our Birthday Parties wanting to have their party at The Little Gym too!

• Experience working with children
• Gymnastics background
• Willing to work nights and weekends
• Customer service experience
• Management or leadership experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
• Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
