Physician – Springfield Region – Sign‑On Bonus up to $75,000
GoHealth Urgent Care invites applications for a dedicated Physician to join our Joplin, Missouri location.

- Monthly volume bonus based on patient metrics
- Quarterly bonus up to 5% of base salary based on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes

- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds
- Active state medical license
- 2–5 years of post‑residency clinical experience, at least 18 months in urgent care or emergency setting
- Experience treating patients across all age groups
- Proficiency in minor procedures (suturing, splinting), EKG, X‑ray interpretation
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providers
- Examining and treating patients with acute conditions
- Taking medical histories and ordering diagnostic tests
- Making diagnoses and prescribing medications
- Performing minor procedures and administering vaccinations
- Documenting patient progress and coordinating follow‑up care
- Supervising and collaborating with PAs/NPs, including remote supervision and credentialing support
- Working 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused setting
