Aspire senior living is a skilled nursing facility located in Webb City, MO. We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing. • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Missouri

• Maintains professional working relationships
• Understand and follow company policies
• Supervise the day-to-day clinical operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills
• Monitoring nursing care and services provided on all shifts and on a routine basis
• Assigning and approving work schedules, Monitoring and coordinating nursing activities of all shifts.
• Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care administration.
• Able to provide direct nursing care as necessary and perform functions of a staff nurse as required
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients and others
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
