In this leadership role, the Assistant Store Manager champions Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

• Creating a positive experience and culture for employees
• Modeling incredible customer service and training store personnel
• Flexing business skills to create efficient operations, happy guests, and a profitable store
• Applying administrative expertise to provide accurate reports and track coupons and certificates
• Keeping employees and customers safe by ensuring the store meets standards
• Monitoring cash procedures and ensuring accuracy of bank deposits and cash drawers
• Assembling the ultimate pizza experience for every guest
• Assuming store operations in the absence of the Store Manager

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience at another QSR
• Serv Safe certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Adequate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
• Team player:
  Willingness to cover shifts in the event of absences
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
