As General Manager, you will ensure that everyone at the store performs to Domino’s high standards. You will lead by example, enforcing policies, managing resources, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Operate all store equipment and technology efficiently.
• Stock ingredients, prepare products, and manage inventory consistently.
• Process telephone and in-person orders accurately.
• Maintain daily cleaning schedules for equipment and facility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; give clear written instructions.
• Proficient in basic math—addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; make correct change.
• Motor coordination for precise hand and eye movements, e.g., handling dough, pizza peel, and food preparation.
• Keyboard proficiency for order entry on computer or touch screen.
• Ability to navigate a large delivery area; safe driving record and transporter for deliveries.

• Standing and walking for most tasks; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying loads, and moving trays.
• Exposure to varying temperatures (36°F – 90°F+), hot surfaces, food odors, and small dust particles.
• Climbing a moderate number of flights of stairs when delivering or performing maintenance.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and use both hands continuously throughout the shift.

In-store work may involve hot ovens, sharp equipment, and variable seating/housing conditions. Outdoor tasks include waste removal and exposure to adverse weather.
