A Billing Specialist is responsible for invoicing customers on a timely basis while using correct prices and terms. This position also maintains other accounting functions, such as:handling daily deposits, posting payments to correct accounts, and balancing batches.
RequirementsMust have a High School Diploma/GED, experience in working with invoicing customers, strong computer and problem-solving skills, able to use 10-key calculator, and being detail-oriented is a must.
