Accounting & HR Coordinator

Seneca Foundry is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for a variety of accounting, payroll, recruiting, and human resources functions.

• Process Accounts Payable, including invoice matching, coding, approvals, vendor payments, and statement reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including daily invoicing, customer credits, and account maintenance.
• Handle collections on delinquent accounts.
• Prepare bank deposits and post daily cash receipts.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare annual W-2s and 1099s.
• Assist with other accounting and financial functions as needed.

• Recruit and assist with interviewing and hiring for company positions.
• Advertise job openings through social media, the company website, and other recruiting sources.
• Process new-hire paperwork and maintain accurate employee records.
• Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll and maintain time-clock records.
• Assist with employee retention and engagement activities.
• Assist with other HR functions as needed.

• Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.
