Southfield Wellness Community is hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities. Pay RangeBase pay: $83,000 – $110,000 per year

- Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
- Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
- Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
- Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- State of Iowa Speech‑Language Pathologist License, or eligible to sit for board exams
- Experience preferred – we are also willing to invest in new grads and clinical fellows!
