Southfield Wellness Community is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. • Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at‑home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• State of Iowa Occupational Therapist License – or eligibility to sit for board exams.
• Experience preferred – but we’re willing to invest in new grads!
