- Provide medications to residents ensuring accurate dosage and timing
- Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
- Observe changes in residents’ conditions and report to the clinical team
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Keep detailed documentation and maintain ongoing education on medication protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate
- Completed State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training
- Current CPR certification
- Preferable:
One (1) year of CNA and Medication Aide experience - Willingness to learn and develop within the organization
