• Provide medications to residents ensuring accurate dosage and timing
• Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
• Observe changes in residents’ conditions and report to the clinical team
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Keep detailed documentation and maintain ongoing education on medication protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate
• Completed State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training
• Current CPR certification
• Preferable:
  One (1) year of CNA and Medication Aide experience
• Willingness to learn and develop within the organization
