Windsor Manor Senior Living is looking for a Part-Time Float Caregiver/Resident Assistant to support our care team across multiple shifts. This unique role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and loves making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Part-Time Float Position

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required

This role “floats” to support various shifts depending on community needs.

As a Float Caregiver/RA, you’ll:

Assist residents with daily living needs (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility)

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help serve meals and create a warm dining experience

Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming

Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

Communicate with residents and families with kindness and respect

Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally

Support multiple departments as needs arise — no two days are the same!

18+ years old

CNA experience preferred (IA certification a plus, but not required)

CPR & First Aid certified, or willing to obtain

Prior caregiving or assisted living experience preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable

A team player with a positive attitude

Comfortable floating between shifts and tasks as needed
