The Patient Access Representative performs all aspects registration throughout the hospital. This position helps determine patient financial responsibility and collects co-pay, deductible, and coinsurance when applicable, working closely with the financial counselor and patient accounts department. This position serves as the switchboard for telecommunications within and outside of the hospital, performs some receptionist duties in directing patients, visitors, and others to appropriate areas.

Position is often responsible for multitasking many important tasks at one time. The Patient Access Representatives are the face of the organization.

Position is part time, 16-20 hours/pay period. Weekday evening shift, ranging between the hours of 2pm and 11pm. Weekends, every other weekend, 7am to 3pm. Holiday Rotation.

Wage commensurate with experience.
