Do you enjoy helping others and being part of a welcoming, team-focused environment? Windsor Manor in Webster City is seeking a Full-Time Server to join our dining team and help create positive, meaningful mealtime experiences for our residents.

This position is a great fit for someone dependable, friendly, and eager to learn.

Mbps No prior experience is required — we provide training. Experience with dietary needs is a plus but not required.

Serve meals to residents with kindness, patience, and professionalism

Assist with dining room set-up, service, and clean-up

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and care teams

Support residents’ dietary needs as directed

Positive attitude and Leur work ethic

Reliability and a team-oriented mindset

Willingness to learn — experience not required

Dietary or food service experience is helpful but not required

Stable, full-time hours

Supportive and respectful team culture
