• Full‑Time
• 6 pm – 6am
• Rotating Weekends

Rotary Senior Living is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) featuring 38‑units of Independent Living (IL) duplexes surrounding the campus, a 10‑unit Assisted Living (AL) with Memory Support, a Residential Care facility with 15 beds, a 46‑bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and a Wellness Center that includes a gym, pool and outpatient therapy.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you provide quality care to residents while ensuring all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards are met.

• Hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state‑specific license.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
