Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) up to $25/hr

Shift Key is hiring Qualified Medication Aides (QMA) for per diem shifts. Pay is $25.00/hr and may vary based on skills and experience. You can bid on shifts you wish to work, set your own schedule, and get paid next day via Pay Card or weekly direct deposit.

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid QMA license in the state of Iowa.

You will assist physicians and nurses with administrative tasks and basic patient care to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Dispense oral and topical medications to residents per physician orders.
• Record medications and dosages in the nurse’s medication administration record (MAR) chart.
• Observe residents for symptoms and conditions related to medication interactions, adverse reactions, or side effects.
• Assist with resident care as needed.
