Our client is a well-established and growing Pediatric Mental Health organization. They are looking to add an SVP of Pediatric Inpatient Mental Health to oversee clinical services and operations for a facility located in the Webster Grovers, MO area. Bachelor’s is required. Strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience is required. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.
Requirements- Pediatric Mental Health Inpatient leadership experience
- Expert in mental health regulations
- Master’s degree required.
- Oversight of daily operations ensuring compliance
- Oversight of directly reporting clinical directors.
- Work collaboratively with system and community partners.
- Lead clinical and administrative staff while managing budgets, resources, and strategic planning for growth and sustainability.
