Mental Health Therapist-needed for part-time, temporary-to-permanent hire. The therapist is needed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30a-4:00p.

• Performs an intake/assessment and psychosocial assessment on patients in the psychiatric and substance abuse programs.
• Develops and implements an individualized treatment plan and completes treatment plan reviews with active participation in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Provides group therapy to include psycho-educational, cognitive-behavioral, skills acquisition/coping skills groups, process groups, relapse prevention groups, other therapeutic groups, individual therapy and involves family participation as indicated, for patients in the psychiatric and substance abuse programs.

• LCSW required
• Two years of experience working with adult mental illness and substance use populations
• Experience and comfort with facilitating groups is preferred
