Host + Server Support

Perennial on Lockwood is a neighborhood brewpub with a scratch kitchen, craft beer brewed on-site, and a warm, community-focused atmosphere.

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll greet and seat guests, manage the waitlist, support smooth service flow, and assist the team as needed.

• Welcome and seat guests; manage table turns and the waitlist
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Keep the host stand and entry area clean and inviting
• Provide basic menu and beverage information
• Help with light support tasks (filling waters, running food, polishing glassware)

• Warm, guest-focused personality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in hospitality, local food, and craft beer
• Evening + weekend availability required
• Full-time and part-time roles available; student schedules can be accommodated

Base pay range: $12.00/hr - $20.00/hr (average $17.20–$19.60 per hour, including tips). Growth opportunities within O+O Hospitality, supportive team-focused culture, PTO, 401(k), and health/dental/vision for full-time employees.

Must be able to maneuver to all areas of restaurant, including food and beverage areas. Requires mobility, prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Must be able to tolerate varying levels of stress, temperature, illumination, air quality and fatigue. Heavy customer contact required. Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
