  Experience in basic food preparation techniques, including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables, as well as preparing meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Organizational Excellence:
  Ability to maintain a clean and orderly prep area, ensuring all ingredients are properly stored and labeled.
• Efficiency:
  Capable of completing prep tasks in a timely manner to meet the kitchen’s needs.

  Works well in a fast-paced environment, supporting line cooks and chefs as needed.
• Food Safety Knowledge:

  Capable of lifting and carrying deliveries or heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
