Landscape Sales and Account Manager

Timberline Landscapes is seeking a proactive Landscape Sales & Account Manager to manage, retain, and expand their landscape maintenance accounts. This role demands a 50/50 blend of dedicated account management and driven sales efforts to secure contract renewals and enhancement projects. The primary objective is to drive revenue growth while maintaining a positive client experience and ensuring profitable account growth.

• Sell landcare maintenance contracts and identify landscape enhancement opportunities within an assigned book of business to achieve established sales goals.
• Manage proactive and professional client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring overall satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate clear and timely handoffs to the Operations team, ensuring perfect alignment on contract details, scope of work, and service commitments.
• Prepare and distribute accurate monthly billing and invoicing for managed accounts in accordance with established schedules.
• Conduct aftercare walkthroughs with clients upon the completion of enhancement projects to guarantee quality and satisfaction.
• Network with past clients and professional contacts to generate future business opportunities and expand the company's footprint.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the landscaping industry.
• Associate degree in horticulture or a related field required, alongside a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in core business software, including Aspire, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Docs.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a polished, professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• $75,000 – $95,000+ On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and commissions
