We are growing and seeking to add experienced Service Plumbers to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to customers. This position requires a high level of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex plumbing issues efficiently.

We proudly employ union plumbers! This position requires the candidate to join Plumbers & Pipe fitters Local 562.

• Conduct service calls to diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including inspections, cleaning, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, fittings, and appliances according to specifications and local building codes.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and develop effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate with customers to explain diagnoses, recommend repair options, and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and service reports.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with team members and management to coordinate schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of jobs.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed plumber, with a strong emphasis on service and repair work.
• Upon hire, candidate must join Plumbers & Pipe fitters Local 562 and adhere to union membership requirements.
• Must have general knowledge of safe working practices and of MO-OSHA requirements.
• Valid plumbing license (preferred, but not required) issued by Saint Louis County or City.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, pipe damage, and fixture malfunctions.
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials, and the ability to use them effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently to solve complex problems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations, as needed.
• Must have a safe driving record and valid driver’s license.

Salary: $50.60/hr
