Are you ready to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change? We’re looking for a dynamic Process Analyst to join our Transformation Office—a hub of innovation, strategy, and operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of process improvement efforts, translating vision into action and ensuring our teams operate with agility and precision. You’ll collaborate across departments, streamline workflows, and help shape the future of how we work.

• Lead initiatives that boost efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver measurable value.
• Conduct time studies, waste walks, and process analyses to uncover opportunities.
• Create high-level business models and process flows using ARIS.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and performance metric analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to align outcomes with business needs and drive change.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (project leadership a plus).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Visio or ARIS experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and Risk Management.

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Salary Range $58k - $76k
