Behavior Technician

Join LEARN Behavioral as a Behavior Technician to help children with autism learn through play‑based ABA therapy.

• Provide ABA‑based therapeutic services to children aged 1‑22 with autism and special needs in homes or centers.
• Assist children in developing communication, socialization, and self‑help skills.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress in the BCI system.
• Collaborate with RBTs, parents, and the ABA team.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Steady supply of compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, and reliability.
• Willingness to learn about autism, learning differences, and ABA.
• Minimum age 21 and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Background check clearance.
• Optional: bilingual (English/Spanish), related field education, prior childcare experience.

• Part‑time: 3 pm–7 pm and/or 3:30 pm–6:30 pm. Full‑time: 9 am–6 pm.
• Starting pay $22/hr, potential for increase with experience.
• Earn RBT certification; part‑time work eligible for sick leave.

Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 35 lb; sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run as needed.
