Health Force Healthcare in Webster, MA seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant for LTAC setting. This 13-week contract starts with weekly pay of $1,303–$1,369 and no guaranteed hours.
The PTA will provide skilled services under a licensed PT, implement mobility-focused treatment plans, and document progress in the EMR. Prior SNF or geriatric experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication throughout the rehab team.
