Talent Acquisition Consultant
A Talent Acquisition Consultant will typically focus on exempt and leadership level positions, offering guidance and expertise on sourcing strategies and related projects to less experienced staff as needed.
In partnership with business leaders, determines strategies to source talent across a variety of disciplines.
Recruits, screens and selects candidates for a variety of positions throughout the company.
Researches best practices and works closely with management to develop and implement effective recruitment programs and strategies.
We are seeking someone passionate about process improvement and recruitment with a successful background hiring for varied levels, including executives.
Responsibilities- Determine strategies to source talent across a variety of disciplines in partnership with business leaders.
- Recruit, screen, and select candidates for a variety of positions throughout the company.
- Research best practices and work closely with management to develop and implement effective recruitment programs and strategies.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and recruitment projects.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines and attract talent for executives and other key positions.
- Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience.
- 8 or more years of experience or Bachelor's Degree equivalent plus 10 or more years.
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting practices and employment laws.
- Corporate recruiting experience with a track record of strategic partnerships to build pipelines and attract talent.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
- Experience negotiating with agencies and vendors.
- Project work experience with integrations, upgrades of sourcing tools, hiring events, etc.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiating skills.
- Working knowledge of HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Collaboration tools, sourcing and data mining experience, AI in recruiting, etc.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required.
The typical starting salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. Some roles at MAPFRE may be eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
