- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must have Insurance Claims experience
- Build and maintain datasets for enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, data manipulation, and modeling to support business deliverables.
- Facilitate meetings to define and document requirements for future reporting and visualizations.
- Consult with teams across the organization to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on your analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Related experience: 4-6 years' experience
- Strong skills in SQL, SAS, VBA, Excel, and experience with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, Access).
- Ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and thriving in high-pressure environments.
- Experience in insurance, banking, credit card, or financial industries.
- Familiarity with platforms like VCGI
04, AS400, Diamond, Tron Web. - Skills in SQL Server, Teradata, UNIX, LINUX, MVS, R, Cognos.
- Programming experience in C, C++, JAVA, or other languages.
Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based on factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Salary Range $87k - $130k
