IT Project Manager, Systems Engineer
Hiring for a Director of SRE and IT Operations, in this role, you’ll report to the SVP of IT Infrastructure and lead a team that’s focused on building a resilient, efficient IT environment that supports both our legacy systems and growing cloud footprint. You’ll shape strategy, drive automation, improve operational performance, and make sure our technology always works for the people who rely on it from internal users to customers across the country.
We’re not just looking for a technical expert. We want someone who knows how to lead with vision, build strong teams, and collaborate with business leaders to make smart, strategic decisions. If you're passionate about solving big problems, reducing complexity, and helping an organization modernize its operations this could be a great fit.
You’ll lead the charge in evolving our hybrid environment (on-prem meets cloud), drive automation, and make sure our systems stay up, secure, and scalable. From overseeing datacenters and end-user support to building out SRE practices and bringing more structure to our ops you’ll have the freedom to lead, build, and innovate in a meaningful way.
We’re not asking for perfection we’re looking for someone who’s practical, forward-thinking, and passionate about engineering excellence. Someone who knows the cloud (bonus if it's AWS), loves building reusable solutions, and understands how to connect IT decisions to real business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience- 9-11 years of experience in IT Operations and SRE Leadership
- Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure
- Strong understanding of security, disaster recovery, and virtualization technologies
- Passion for automation and innovation
- Familiarity with IT expense tracking and optimization
- Champion cloud adoption, automation, and reusable solutions to reduce IT expense ratios.
- Define and implement a comprehensive SRE and operations roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage multi-functional teams.
