Job Overview

Responsible for designing and supporting the implementation of technical solutions that align with business needs and organizational goals. Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring the solution is scalable, secure, and reliable. This includes analyzing business needs, evaluating potential solutions, selecting the appropriate technology stack within our clients’ ecosystem.

• Solution Design: develop comprehensive technical solutions that address business challenges and align with organizational objectives.
• Architecture Development: create architecture designs, system diagrams, and technical documentation outlining the structure, components, and integration points of the solution.
• Technology Selection: choose the appropriate technology stack, considering project constraints, performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Technical Leadership: provide technical guidance and direction to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Communication: clearly communicate technical solutions and their impact to stakeholders, including business and technical teams.
• Risk Management:
  
  identify and mitigate potential risks within the solution design, such as scalability challenges, security vulnerabilities, and integration issues.
• Performance Analysis: perform performance analysis on implemented solutions and identify areas for optimization.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: document best practices and share knowledge with other team members.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to the solution.
• Solution Lifecycle Management: oversee the solution’s lifecycle, including implementation, maintenance, and enhancement.
• Compliance: ensure solutions adhere to relevant standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Collaboration:
  
  work closely with various teams, including Technical Project Managers, Engineers, and Scrum Masters, to ensure successful solution delivery.
