Job Type: Full-Time;
Non-Exempt;
Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 11:30pm;
Hourly Rate: $18.50/hr;
Location: Webster, MA.
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the packaging and labeling of finished goods at our cultivation and manufacturing centers. You will handle a variety of products—including dried flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, vape pens, and infused products—while maintaining quality control measures and following standard operating procedures set by Curaleaf.
What You Will Do- Stage product and packaging supplies across various production lines to meet the daily production schedule.
- Perform quality assurance protocols as designated by Curaleaf’s procedures.
- Increase operational efficiency and reduce waste through ownership, teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
- Conduct in-process and post-process quality assurance, testing, and visual inspections to ensure all products meet or exceed Curaleaf’s specifications and patient expectations.
- Ensure 100% compliance with proper weighing, data recording, product tracking, and security throughout the entire packaging process.
- Operate efficiently while complying with all OSHA regulations, Curaleaf SOPs, and all applicable procedures.
- Label each product in compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area while performing all duties.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. minimum.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Strong attention to detail in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong work ethic with punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ability to be trained on various production equipment, SOPs, and meet performance expectations set by leadership.
- Capacity to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- One year of manufacturing and packaging experience focused on product safety, consumer satisfaction, and high product quality is strongly preferred.
- Allergen warnings; potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens.
- Exposure to cleaning solvents, including high volumes of isopropyl alcohol.
- Daily use of provided PPE: masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, Tyvek suits.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Exposure to loud noises from compressors, equipment, and alarms.
- Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA-approved CO2 levels.
- High-stress tolerance with adaptability to an ever-changing environment.
Massachusetts Hiring Range: $18.50 - $18.50 USD.
