Position Overview Xerox is seeking an experienced Sr. Chemical Engineer to join our Research & Development team in Webster, NY. This role will develop, scale, and implement manufacturing processes for chemically prepared toners, latexes, and pigment and wax dispersions—from laboratory development through pilot and full-production scale.

This position combines hands-on process development with manufacturing support and requires a strong understanding of how material selection and process conditions influence toner quality and performance. The Sr. Chemical Engineer will collaborate with materials development, quality, operations, suppliers, and program teams to improve process capability, manufacturing efficiency, and product quality.

Identify and implement improvements that increase yield, reduce cycle time, and strengthen first-pass quality.
