Join the CB Direct team as a Scheduling & Operations Coordinator. In this role you will coordinate technician schedules, manage daily communication with partners, and ensure customers receive support. Your coordination and communication will drive the success of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule appointments for field technicians.
- Draft professional email correspondences and internal documents.
- Support various administrative functions and general office tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and courteous demeanor when communicating with clients and team members.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
