We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our patient-focused, consultation-based practice. We have expanded our services to provide health and wellness care for the entire family. This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who values personalized care and is interested in working within a flexible and supportive environment. A background or interest in functional medicine is strongly preferred.

Part-time or Full-time - Patient Population:
All ages (Medicare population is growing but not yet fully established) - Average Patient Volume: 1522 patients/day (varies based on visit type)
- Visit Length: 20 minutes; visits are typically consultation-focused
- Schedule:
Flexible hours; no call requirements - Support Staff:
Medical Assistant and a supportive Office Manager
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- New graduates welcome, must be comfortable with a productivity-based model
- Interest or background in functional medicine is a strong plus
