Starting salary is $21,710-$23,723/hr.
Annual salary $59,832.76.
* Based on working a regular 48/96 with annual FLSA OT rate up to $5,291.00 (for assigned schedule) and Holiday Pay. Plus, up to $3,600 in incentive pay based on certification level.

The City of Webster Fire Department is accepting application for the position of Firefighter
. Firefighters protect life and property by safely extinguishing fires and removing individuals from hazardous situations and assisting in fire prevention activities. Firefighters are involved in other emergency and non-emergency situations, such as inspections, maintenance of equipment and conducting other related duties. This position requires the ability to stay calm under pressure. Dependable attendance and teamwork are essential to success in this role.
This position may require overtime.
- A valid Texas Class C Driver's License
- TCFP Structure Fire Protection-Basic
- TDHS EMT
- Basic (Advanced & Paramedic Preferred)
