Your role will coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients in the Oncology BMT unit, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

• Coordinate nursing care for unit patients, ensuring quality and continuity of care.
• Apply nursing knowledge and skills to address physical, psychological, and safety needs of patients.
• Exercise independent judgment using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with ancillary nursing and other healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing standards.

• BSN preferred;
  Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year of direct Oncology BMT experience as a licensed RN in an acute care setting.
• Current RN license in Texas or multi‑state compact license (must obtain Texas RN license within 60 days of hire).
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
