Join our team at HCA Healthcare’s Bay Area Surgicare Center in Webster, TX. As an RN PACU Nurse, you will provide high‑quality postoperative nursing care in an ambulatory surgery center, ensuring patient safety and comfort until discharge.

• Prepare the patient care area, ensuring necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Demonstrate proper airway management techniques.
• Monitor patients per policy (vital signs, temperature, cardiac, etc.).
• Perform insertion, maintenance, and removal of IV catheters and saline locks.
• Conduct head‑to‑toe assessments using approved scoring systems.
• Inspect dressings and operative sites, reporting abnormalities to the surgeon.
• Provide a safe and comforting environment for patients and families.
• Ensure patients meet discharge criteria.

• Associate Degree in Nursing, RN Diploma, or higher nursing degree.
• 1+ year nursing experience in a clinical setting; experience in PACU, ICU, or surgery preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• BCLS certification (online not acceptable) upon employment.
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• PALS certification required within 30 days of hire if needed at the facility.
