We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Quality for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. • You will be responsible for Rounding on Units within the facility to strengthen and promote relationships between staff and the Quality Department
• You will facilitate the growth of hospital knowledge regarding quality and high reliability, including the dissemination and implementation of “best practices” across the facility
• You will participate in and coordinate activities for Performance Improvement Committees, including meeting preparation, setting agendas, writing Minutes and follow with action items
• You will perform regular analysis of facility quality performance data and plan steps based on data analysis for ongoing improvement

• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi‑State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required
• BSN preferred
• 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting
• Quality experience preferred
• Detail oriented
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Word/Excel
• Great communication – both verbally and documentation
