Seeking a Pre‑op/PACU registered nurse manager in our ambulatory surgery center who provides clinical management and expertise over the Pre‑op and PACU staff to ensure patients receive high quality and efficient care. As a nurse manager, you will have the opportunity for future growth and upward mobility within the organization.

• Manage and supervise all areas of care at the Surgery Center.
• Establish and maintain an effective and supportive working relationship with your Administrator.
• Ensure that day‑to‑day operations are conducted in accordance with clinical practice standards and policies of the center.
• Ensure sufficient staffing daily by notifying your team of scheduling changes.
• Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of nursing care provided.
• Provide breaks and ensure coverage for meal breaks, late cases and staffing shortages.
• Monitor your clinical area to ensure materials are provided.
• Facilitate effective and efficient transition between surgical procedures.
• Delegate, coach, mentor and handle conflict resolution with your team.
• Build trust and gain respect of your team through effective leadership.

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma or higher degree in Nursing (required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in Endo, PACU (preferred).
• Leadership experience highly preferred.
• Active RN license as required by state of employment.
• BCLS certification upon employment (online certification not acceptable).
• ACLS required.
• PALS if required.
