• Coordinate nursing care of assigned patients to ensure quality patient care.
• Apply knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety, and related criteria for appropriate age populations.
• Exercise independent judgment in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Lead by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient‑care team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

• 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed RN in an acute care setting (Med Surg, Telemetry, Cardiac, Progressive Care, PCU, IMCU, IMU, Intermediate Care).
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi‑State Compact License (RN Compact License holders must obtain a Texas RN License within 90 days of hire).
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
