To perform daily operations of the Quality Management Program and be accountable for supporting the Facility Vice President of Quality and/or Quality Director in providing an integrated framework for monitoring and evaluating quality of care

• Ability to analyze, trend, and implement process improvement tactics to achieve quality goals.
• Ability to multi-task, attention to details and able to resolve problems independently.
• Able to facilitate meetings and focus groups either in person or via Webex to communicate with and disseminate information to key stake holders specific to projects.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, Microsoft, Word, Excel and other database applications and presentation software applications.

• Associate Degree
• 1 year or more RN acute experience - critical care experience is preferred
