We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team at Avir at Webster in Webster, Texas. As a Licensed Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the overall clinical management of our facility, focusing on resident-centered care and building a high-performing team culture.

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of quality care.

• Lead the Nursing Team: Supervise and develop a team of skilled caregivers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

• Develop and Implement Policies: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve resident outcomes and facility operations.

• Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes.

• Valid Texas RN License

• Valid CPR Certification

• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program

• Knowledge of long‑term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation, and State regulations
