• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their specific needs.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Thanks guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target.
• Inform guests about Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate how to use Target features and the Target App, including Wallet.
• Familiarize guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; assist with enrollment and activation where needed.
• Handle returns according to policy, escalating to Leaders as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage stock as needed during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and related returns while complying with applicable laws and policies.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle checkout operations and cash-related tasks as needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; frequent lifting up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
